Absolutely. We offer personalized sourcing for rare and exclusive items. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to begin the search—this goes toward your final purchase. If we cannot locate your desired piece within 10 business days, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Are your items authentic?
Yes—without exception. Every item we offer is thoroughly inspected. If an item is ever proven inauthentic by someone we consider a verified source, we will take it back and issue a full refund—no stress, no hassle.
Are your products brand new or pre-loved?
Most of our pieces are brand new and unworn. We also curate a limited selection of pristine pre-loved or consignment bags, clearly marked and described in detail. If you ever have questions about condition or history, our team is here to help.
